Pyramid without head this typical french cheese (milk of goat) would take its form from Napoleon Bonaparte who back from his forwarding of Egypt would have decapitated it. In fact its form is due to the bell-tower of the church of Levroux, small village of the surroundings, of which it takes its architecture.
Its square base must be exactly 6.5 cm side and its color white gray blue.
